The following describes basic merchandise return methods.

  1. Enter the negative quantity to return, or -1 and press the multiplier. For example: -5X
  2. Enter the product ID, scan the item, or press the item’s button.
  3. Subtotal the sale
  4. Tender the amount into the correct tenders, noting the negative sign.
